A list of Politicians and News media outlets the use Veterans as a Political pawn. But when the cameras and microphones are turned off these people turn away and ignore real issues that affect Veterans. I encourage people to post their local PUBLIC figures names on this "Wall of Shame". Each Week I plan to post individuals that need to be exposed. Please send me your input, photos of person that have turned their backs and the United States Military Veterans.
Also, I will give my thoughts and view why a particular Media outlet should be boycotted or a Politician should not be elected or re-elected.

Why won't they Media Address this Issue?
Why won't the Media address this issue? Cause Govt Agencies Protect other Govt Agencies that's why! Yea, the Media is on the Govt. Payroll or is the Govt on the mass Media payroll!! I have been Writing, emailing, faxing, news outlets across the country about "How disabled Veterans are being treated" with almost not response. I also have Written to Politicians only to get the same form letter saying "SORRY TAX PAYER THAT SERVED YOUR COUNTRY BUT YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN, GOOD LUCK". I feel abandoned by my government.
I want my tax dollars that goes toward your salary back. I feel if I'm hurting you should be too.
Here is the topic and I welcome your comments:
Veterans are being fired because of their disability. I am a disabled veteran of the United States Armed Forces; I was an employee of the United States government employee for 15 years. Because of my Disability I still needed continual treated for my injuries which meant scheduled doctors appointments and care for an unscheduled flair up. Reqests to treat these injuries was met with hostilty by managers and supervisors. I had to endure constant almost daily harassment, mistreatment by my line supervisors with the consent upper management, denial that a health condition exists by not certifying me under the terms of the "Familiy Medical Leave Act". My absences were not covered or protected by these violations of the Family Medical Leave Act and various other laws , executive orders put in place to shield against employment discrimination within United States. So a case was built to fire me stating that I failed to maintain a regular attendance schedule All of this helped build a case to fire me.
The worst part about this is that is happening across the country.
To date in the War in Iraq there are over 34,000 seriouly wounded veterans alone. This number is climbing and how many others from this conflict will have problems later. But another question is "How many will become victims of job discrimination?" How will America deal with this matter. I say absolutely NOTHING. There is the "Wounded Veteran Job Security Act of 2009"that has been in the Senate for going on 2 yrs. Say it "WOW", just amazing when you hear the slogans or catchphrases about these guys put out about how much they say they "Support the Troops".
Trying to get extra protection under the Family Medical Leave Act just wasn't available for me and other disabled-veterans as deemed under Title 38, Veterans' Benefits Chapter 42 Employment and Training of Veterans. I was denied protection under the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) by management and not a Medical Doctor of any kind by the FMLA coordinator. This person does not have the medical background for such a position nor and type of medical training . These people attend just a 3 - 7 day seminars on how to handle Family Medical Leave Act claims. The coordinator said my condition wasn't a "serious health condition" 29 CFR 825.113 - Serious Health Condition
a) For purposes of FMLA, "serious health condition" entitling an employee to FMLA leave means an illness, injury, impairment or physical or mental condition that involves inpatient care as defined in Sec. 825.114 or continuing treatment by a health care provider as defined in Sec. 825.115.
I was giving a rating by the Board of Veterans Appeals (BVA consists of Doctors, Judges, Attorneys.) So how could the family medical leave coordinators decision take precedence over the years of Experience of the BVA. Another question that needs to put in front of these managers whats the reason for the blatant violation of:
Title 18 > Part I > Chapter 47 § 1001
Except as otherwise provided in this section, whoever, in any matter within the jurisdiction of the executive, legislative, or judicial branch of the Government of the United States, knowingly and willfully—
(1) falsifies, conceals, or covers up by any trick, scheme, or device a material fact;
(2) makes any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or representation; or
(3) makes or uses any false writing or document knowing the same to contain any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or entry;
Later the BVA INCREASED my rating this makes me part of a protect group under such laws as; Disabled Veterans 5 USC. Sec 2108, Executive Order 5396, Executive Order 13164, Rehabilitation Act of 1973, just to name a few. All of this was ignored or not used in my defense .
My question (s) for you now " What kind of Cruel People would do this to the Defenders of Freedom " ?? And When will the Media investigate real victims?? When are the Politicians going to stop Parading Veterans around again for Political Gain? What is the plan for dealing with the claims of Discrimination by new disabled veterans of the Afghanistan and Iraq? Or do they care? You will when these veterans are someone you know and love!
